Macedo holds a bachelor's degree in Social Communication, specialized study at IESEG School of Management in Paris, and is Prosci Change Management certified with additional executive education from INSEAD.

As Change Management Practice Lead, Zach Koitka has been instrumental in elevating Wonder Services' change management methodology and implementation framework. His strategic approach transforms complex business challenges into opportunities for sustainable transformation with measurable outcomes.
