Professional Background

Prior to joining Wonder Services, Loren held executive positions at SAP Ariba and Arkestro, where she developed deep expertise in SAP Ariba catalog architecture, AI orchestration tools, and strategic procurement transformation. Her impressive career includes managing over $250 million in strategic procurement at American Airlines and directing global purchasing operations across 55 locations in 28 countries at SAP Ariba.

Loren holds certifications in Purchasing Management and Logistics with a C.P.M. designation. She is a recognized industry thought leader and frequent speaker at premier conferences including SAP Sapphire and ISM, where she presents on procurement transformation, AI adoption, and intelligent spend management.

Role and Responsibilities

As Head of Procurement Services, Loren will lead our procurement transformation initiatives with particular focus on AI readiness planning, catalog optimization, and intelligent procurement systems implementation. Her proven expertise in post-merger integration, supplier consolidation, and cross-platform coordination across enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, and Concur will directly enhance our rapid AI implementation and AI-enabled managed services capabilities.

Loren's appointment strengthens Wonder Services' ability to support clients—from understaffed procurement teams to innovation-driven enterprises—in preparing foundational data elements including catalogs, workflows, and user rules to enable intelligent routing and automated decision-making in procurement operations.
